This item is in Pre-Owned – Excellent/Near-New condition. It does not appear to have been issued or used in the field. There are some light dirt marks on portions of the webbing from long-term storage, as shown in the photos. The straps, buckles, stitching, and adjustment points are intact and fully functional.
