USGI Large ALICE Pack with Upgraded Straps & Replacement Lid

This is a pre‑owned U.S. Military issue Large ALICE Pack, complete with its metal frame and upgraded components. The original lid has been replaced with a nicer, cleaner surplus lid, and the shoulder straps have been upgraded with ITW buckles and One‑Wrap webbing for improved usability and modernized functionality. A small section of ALICE webbing on the left side of the ruck is beginning to tear, but this will be repaired before the pack ships out.

Condition:

This pack is Used and shows normal signs of military surplus wear. The main bag displays typical field use, while the replacement lid is in noticeably nicer condition. Straps have been upgraded with ITW hardware and One‑Wrap webbing. A small tear in the ALICE webbing on the left side will be repaired prior to shipping. All major components—frame, straps, buckles, pockets—are functional. Please verify fitment before purchasing.
