This is Rothco’s large 90-liter Coyote Brown version, designed to fit backpacks and rucksacks up to 90L capacity. It is a good fit for large hiking packs, extended-duration tactical packs, large rucks, and other packs within that capacity range.
The cover is made from 210D polyurethane-coated polyester ripstop and uses an elastic cinch cord plus an additional hook-and-loop retention strap to help keep it secured over the pack. A drainage grommet at the bottom helps prevent water from collecting inside the cover.
