This is Rothco’s 60-liter Coyote Brown version, designed to fit backpacks and tactical packs up to 60L capacity. The cover uses durable 210D polyurethane-coated polyester ripstop with an elastic cinch system and additional hook-and-loop retention strap to help keep it secured around the pack.
