The 36.5" inseam is NOT intended to be the finished wearing length.
These pants are intentionally manufactured unhemmed so the buyer can have them shortened and hemmed to the correct personal inseam.
Propper’s current women’s sizing chart lists Size 14 for approximately a 32" body waist and 42.5" hip.
