The glass appears very clean with no scratches noted.
There is a small indentation / notch on the mounting portion that attaches to the night-vision device. This may be part of the attachment or retention design, but we cannot confirm that, so it is clearly shown in the photos for the buyer to inspect.
The front lens cap is missing. The rear protective cap is included.
The OD green carrying pouch is also included and shows normal surplus storage/handling wear.
