This is a genuine previously used Bundeswehr shirt and shows normal military-surplus wear.
There is a faint horizontal faded / discolored line running across the front chest area. It is not being described as a stain; it appears more like localized fading or a wear mark.
There is also a small section of stitching / seam near the bottom hem that is coming undone, as shown in the photos. This is a seam issue rather than being represented as a major tear through the body of the shirt.
Otherwise, the shirt remains in good wearable surplus condition.
