Vintage 2003 Iraqi Most Wanted playing card deck produced during the Operation Iraqi Freedom era. The cards feature members of Saddam Hussein's government and other Iraqi personnel sought or captured by U.S.-led Coalition Forces.

This particular deck remains completely unopened in its original factory wrapping.

Package Markings

The front is marked:

“Issued By Intelligence Agency Of United States Of America 2003”

and features a Defense Intelligence Agency-style seal.

The reverse displays a chart titled:

“Lists Of Saddam Staff Captured By US-led Coalition Forces”

Historical Information

The Iraqi Most Wanted playing cards became one of the most recognizable pieces of memorabilia from the opening stages of the 2003 Iraq War. Card decks were created to assist coalition personnel in identifying prominent members of Saddam Hussein's government.

This is a vintage 2003-era edition of the Iraqi Most Wanted cards. It should not be confused with the extremely scarce initial production decks made directly by the Defense Intelligence Agency. Several different versions and editions of the Iraqi Most Wanted cards appeared during the 2003 period.
