Important Compatibility Note: These are only compatible with the newer-style U.S. Army Issue Advanced Combat Pants that are designed to accept the Advanced Integrated Knee Pad system.
These knee pads are designed to fit into the knee pad slots on the Advanced Combat Pants and provide shock and abrasion protection. They secure using the hook and loop fields inside the pants.
Please note that these Advanced Integrated Knee Pads are not compatible with Crye, Patagonia, or other pants that use different knee pad systems, even if the pads look similar. The insertion and attachment method is different from older combat pants and other commercial/military-style knee pad systems.
